Preparation Method :
- Heat the olive oil and glaze the cloves of garlic in it with all the spices except the salt.
- Add the tomato puree and simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Spice the ketchup with salt, pepper and sugar, let it cool down and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams tomatoes, cut cross, peeled, deseeded and pureed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and diced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pepper, Salt and Sugar, to taste
