SPICY GINGER AND SESAME SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Dry-fry the sesame seeds in a small heavy-based pan until they turn golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
 - Put the ginger, vinegar, sugar, tamari and salt in a small bowl and blend together until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
 - Pour into a small serving bowl and stir in the sesame seeds and chives.
 - Leave to stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

 - 100 grams peeled fresh ginger root, chopped very finely
 - 6 tablespoon rice vinegar
 - 3 tablespoon sugar
 - 2 tablespoon tamari
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 2 teaspoon snipped chives
