Preparation Method :
- Boil dried red chillies in one cup of water for five minutes. Drain, cool and grind to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped, green chillies, spring onions and ginger.
- Saute for a minute, then add the red chilli paste and saute a bit more. Add a celery stalk, tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Stir well to mix.
- Stir in white vinegar and simmer for a minute.
- Take the pan off the heat when the oil rises to the surface. Cool and store.
