Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently fry the onion and green pepper for 10 minutes. Add the garlic and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
 - Liquidise in a blender with the nuts, salt and pepper.
 - Return to the pan, add the milk and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Stir in the tamari just before serving.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon groundnut oil
 - 2 onions, chopped finely
 - 2 green pepper, chopped finely
 - 2 garlic clove, chopped finely
 - 200 grams tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 - 100 grams finely chopped peanuts
 - 1 teaspoon salt pepper
 - 200 ml milk
 - 4 teaspoon tamari
