- Melt the margarine in a small pan.
 - Add the onion and cook gently until softened, about 6 to 8 minutes.
 - Stir in the paprika, coriander, and salt and pepper to taste, blending well.
 - Allow to cool slightly then stir in the yogurt and chives, if using.
 - Mix well to blend and serve at once.

 - 300 ml plain low-fat yogurt
