DEEP-FRIED PORK CUTLET SAUCE (YAKISOBA SAUCE)

Preparation Method :

  • Mix shoyu, tonkatsu sauce, and tomato ketchup, brown sugar, powdered mustard, and ground pepper into a pot and set over medium heat.
  • Continuously stir until boiled and sauce will have a thickened texture.
  • Remove from heat and allow cooling before placing in a lidded bottle and refrigerating for later use.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams tonkatsu sauce
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 300 grams shoyu sauce
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoon powdered mustard
  • 4 tablespoon ground pepper
