- Mix shoyu, tonkatsu sauce, and tomato ketchup, brown sugar, powdered mustard, and ground pepper into a pot and set over medium heat.
 - Continuously stir until boiled and sauce will have a thickened texture.
 - Remove from heat and allow cooling before placing in a lidded bottle and refrigerating for later use.

 - 300 grams shoyu sauce
 - 200 grams brown sugar
 - 4 tablespoon powdered mustard
 - 4 tablespoon ground pepper
