CARAMEL SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Add the sugar and cream to the melted butter over low heat in heavy-based saucepan.
  • Stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat.
  • Caramel sauce can be kept refrigerated for a week.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted    
  • 150 grams light brown sugar
  • 100 ml whipping cream
