WATERCRESS, BEAN-SPROUT AND GRAPEFRUIT SALAD

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, mix the watercress, bean-sprouts, grapefruit segments and chives.
  • Place all the dressing ingredients in a screw- topped jar and shake well.
  • Pour over the salad just before serving and toss well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunch watercress, trimmed and washed 
  • 500 grams bean-sprouts, washed and drained 
  • 2 small grapefruit, peeled and segmented with the segments cut in half 
  • 4 teaspoons snipped chives

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon made mustard
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Freshly ground black pepper 
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
