- Turn the tomato cups upside down to drain.
- Chop the pulp and drain into a sieve.
- Then add the corn, basil leaves, green pepper, onion and adjust seasoning.
- Mix the vinaigrette with the Tabasco sauce and add it to the mixture.
- Toss all the ingredients together and fill it into the tomato cups.
- Chill and serve.
