TOMATOES STUFFED WITH FRESH CORN

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Turn the tomato cups upside down to drain.
  • Chop the pulp and drain into a sieve.
  • Then add the corn, basil leaves, green pepper, onion and adjust seasoning.
  • Mix the vinaigrette with the Tabasco sauce and add it to the mixture.
  • Toss all the ingredients together and fill it into the tomato cups.
  • Chill and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams tomatoes, red, firm, cored, peeled, scoop out the pulp
  • 50 ml vinaigrette
  • ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 75 grams corn, canned
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 6 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ green pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
