Preparation Method :
- Arrange the tomato slices in the bottom of an 8 inch ring mould
- Heat the tomato juice and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle in the gelatine and heat gently, stirring until the gelatine has dissolved.
- Pour into the ring and place in the refrigerator or a cool place and leave to set for about 3 hours.
- Turn out carefully and fill the centre with sprigs of watercress.

- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- Freshly ground black pepper
- 30 grams powdered gelatine
- 2 bunch watercress
