Preparation Method :
- Sprinkle the gelatine on to the lemon juice and allow to soften.
- Add to the hot water and stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
- Arrange about half the cucumber slices in an 8 inch mould with the grapes.
- Pour over the lemon jelly mixture.
- Arrange the remaining cucumber slices on top of the mould.
- Place in the refrigerator or a cool place and leave to set for about 3 hours.
- Turn out and serve.

- 30 grams powdered gelatine
- 500 ml lemon juice
- 500 ml hot water
- 2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 500 grams white grapes, deseeded
