CUCUMBER MOULD

Preparation Time :
3 hours

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle the gelatine on to the lemon juice and allow to soften.
  • Add to the hot water and stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
  • Arrange about half the cucumber slices in an 8 inch mould with the grapes.
  • Pour over the lemon jelly mixture.
  • Arrange the remaining cucumber slices on top of the mould.
  • Place in the refrigerator or a cool place and leave to set for about 3 hours.
  • Turn out and serve. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 grams powdered gelatine 
  • 500 ml lemon juice 
  • 500 ml hot water 
  • 2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 500 grams white grapes, deseeded
