SEAFOOD SALAD WITH DILL

Seafood Salad with Dill definitely tastes so good and so right! This can be prepared with your family on Sunday! It’s deliciously made to satisfy your hunger and cravings as well! If you want to make this a perfect dish, you must follow all instructions in preparing and cooking for it!

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish in a pan with the water, bay leaf, onion, carrot and peppercorns.
  • Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and poach gently for 15 minutes or until the fish is tender.
  • Drain off the water, and then flake the fish into a bowl, discarding the skin and any bones.
  • Add the prawns to the haddock. Mix together the oil, vinegar and black pepper and pour over the fish. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Arrange a bed of lettuce leaves in a serving bowl, and then arrange the watercress on top.
  • Drain the fish, place in the centre of the bowl and sprinkle generously with parsley and dill.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams smoked haddock fillets 
  • 1 litre water 
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 2 small onion, peeled and sliced 
  • 2 small carrot, peeled and sliced 
  • 8 black peppercorns 
  • 500 grams peeled prawns
  • 250 ml Cooking oil
  • 6 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 lettuces 
  • 2 bunch watercress, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons chopped dill
