Preparation Method :
- Place the cod fillets in a small ovenproof dish. Cover with water and cook at 190°C/380°F/ Gas Mark 5 for 40-45 minutes.
- The Parsley Sauce: Heat the milk and then stir in the cornflour paste. Stir till the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat, add the parsley and adjust seasoning.
- Serve the cod fillets coated with the sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 ml skimmed milk
- 250 grams frozen chunky cod fillets
- 4 teaspoon cornflour, blend with 1 tablespoon of the milk
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
