LEMON YOGURT DRESSING

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning, then pour over the salad just before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml plain low-fat yogurt
  • Finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon snipped chives 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped thyme, mint, watercress or sorrel 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
