GREEN HERB DRESSING

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Rinse the bunches of parsley and mint under running water and pat dry.
  • Remove the stalks and place the leaves in a blender with the remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Shake well to blend before serving. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams parsley 
  • 30 grams mint
  • 30 grams snipped chives 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 300 grams plain low-hit yogurt
  • 200 ml Sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
