- Rinse the bunches of parsley and mint under running water and pat dry.
- Remove the stalks and place the leaves in a blender with the remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Shake well to blend before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams parsley
- 30 grams mint
- 30 grams snipped chives
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 300 grams plain low-hit yogurt
- 200 ml Sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
