GINGER DRESSING

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients in a screw-topped jar, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Shake well to blend before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml Sesame oil 
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 inch piece root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
