Preparation Method :
- Cook the rice in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender, and then drain well.
- While the rice is still hot, season with salt and black pepper to taste and add the oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
- When the rice has cooled, stir in the chopped herbs and serve.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams long-grain brown rice, well washed
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons snipped chives
- 2 tablespoon chopped dill
- 2 tablespoon chopped tarragon
