Preparation Method :
- Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 40 minutes until tender.
- Rinse, drain well and cool.
- Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Toss thoroughly before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams brown rice, well rinsed
- Salt
- 6 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 red pepper, cored, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 100 grams raisins
- 100 grams cashew nuts, roasted and chopped
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 10 tablespoons soy sauce dressing
