Preparation Method :
- Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain pasta and rinse well under cold water.
- Using a sharp knife, chop basil leaves into fine strips.
- In a bowl combine basil, tomato, garlic, olives, oil and vinegar. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
- Place drained pasta in a large salad bowl and add tomato mixture.
- Add parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss well and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams spaghettini or spaghetti
- 200 grams fresh basil leaves
- 1 pun net cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 100 grams chopped black olives
- 50 grams Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 100 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper(to taste)
