RED APPLE, WALNUT AND STILTON SALAD

- Cut apples in half and core, using a small, sharp knife. Cut into thin slices. Divide greens among 4 chilled salad plates and arrange apple slices on top.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar, and ¼ teaspoon salt to make a dressing. Drizzle over greens and apples. Top with Stilton cheese slices, sprinkle with walnuts, and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 unpeeled red apples
- 50 grams mixed salad greens
- 4 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoon full-cream or low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 100 grams walnut pieces, toasted
- 100 grams Stilton cheese, sliced, at room temperature
