QUICK CARROT SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Toss the grated carrots with the ground peanuts, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander.
- Heat the oil a pan, when hot add the mustard seeds and when it splutters, pour over the salad and toss to mix well. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon dry roasted peanuts, coarsely grinded
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
