BEAN-SPROUT SALAD

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the bean-sprouts into a salad bowl with the pimiento, pickled cucumber and chives.
  • Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
  • Toss to coat thoroughly and chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with watercress sprigs. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams fresh or canned bean-sprouts, drained
  • 2 canned pimiento, drained and chopped 
  • 2 pickled cucumber, diced 
  • 2 tablespoon finely snipped chives 

Dressing

  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon made mustard
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
