MUSHROOM SALAD WITH HERBS

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the mushroom caps into a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the onion and garlic.
  • Stir in the oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs.
  • Serve soon after making, or the mushrooms will dry up and need vet more oil.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams very fresh button mushrooms, stalks removed, caps thinly sliced 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper 
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 4 tablespoons chopped chervil 
  • 4 tablespoons snipped chives
