Preparation Method :
- Rub the steak with the curry paste, leave for 15 minutes.
- If you like barbecued flavors, cook beef over glowing coals, alternatively grill until medium rare.
- Slice thinly when cool and firm. Combine the garlic, mint or coriander, pepper, palm sugar, Maggi Seasoning, lime juice, fish sauce and lime zest.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly to distribute dressing.

- 2 small seedless cucumbers, scored and sliced
- Few sprigs fresh mint
