SUNSHINE FRUIT SALAD

- Put the orange and lemon juices in a serving bowl, and then stir in the liqueur. Add the strawberries.
- Cut the peaches in half, remove the stones, and then slice the flesh. Peel and slice the bananas.
- Cut the passion fruit or pomegranates in half, then scoop out the flesh with the seeds.
- Add the prepared fruit to the strawberries and fold gently to coat with the juice.
- Serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- Juice of 4 large oranges
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 tablespoons Cointreau, Grand Marnier or other liqueur
- 500 grams strawberries, hulled and halved
- 4 large peaches
- 4 large bananas
- 4 passion fruit or pomegranates
