Preparation Method :
- Combine sugar, water, vermouth and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Cover and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Pour the liquid over the prepared fruit and let it marinate for an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve in an individual dishes topped with vanilla ice cream.

- 45 grams / 2 oz / ¼ cup sugar
- 50 ml / 2 oz / ½ cup water
- 100 ml / 4 oz / ½ cup sweet or dry vermouth
- 2 cm piece cinnamon pineapple, peeled and cut in wedges
- Oranges, peeled and cut into sections
- Large bunch of black grapes
