FRESH FRUIT SALAD

If you want for a fresh and newly made healthy dish, why not try for Fresh Fruit Salad as it brings its nourishment to a person who eats it. Be amazed that all ingredients that it possesses are healthy and delicious that you can’t help yourself to eat for it for more!

10 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the honey, water and lemon rind in a small pan. Bring to the boil; simmer for 2 minutes, then strain and leave to cool. Stir in the lemon juice.
  • Slice the apple, pear and banana into a bowl, pour over the lemon syrup and stir to coat the fruit completely.
  • Peel the pineapple with a sharp knife and cut the flesh into sections, discarding the central core.
  • Peel the oranges, removing all pith, and divide into segments.
  • Add to the bowl with the pineapple, grapes and strawberries and mix well.
  • Turn into a glass dish and chill until required.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons clear honey 
  • 200 ml water 
  • Thinly pared rind and juice of 2 lemon 
  • 2 red dessert apple, quartered and cored 
  • 2 pear, quartered and cored
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 small pineapples
  • 4 oranges
  • 200 grams black grapes, halved and deseeded 
  • 200 grams strawberries, sliced
