DRIED FRUIT SALAD
If you are not tolerated to eat plenty of sweet foods, then you should try dried fruit salad. This recipe is not so sweet and yet proven healthy and nutritious. Preparing this recipe does not cover huge money for buying ingredients and requires only limited time.

Preparation Method :
- Place the dried fruits in a bowl with the apple juice and leave to soak overnight.
- Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn into a glass bowl, pour over the Calvados or brandy and sprinkle with the walnuts.
- Serve hot with plain low-fat yogurt.

- 200 grams dried prunes
- 200 grams dried figs
- 200 grams dried apples
- 1 litre apple juice
- 4 tablespoons Calvados or brandy
- 50 grams walnuts, coarsely chopped
