EGG SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the boiled eggs into quarters.
  • In a Tawa, Add sesame oil and shallow fry the sliced eggs.
  • Heat a pan, add sesame oil, gently fry the tomatoes, onions and add chilli powder, Salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the eggs in a plate and add the tomato, onion mix onto it.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, lettuce etc.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 6 sprigs of Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
