Preparation Method :
- Slice the boiled eggs into quarters.
- In a Tawa, Add sesame oil and shallow fry the sliced eggs.
- Heat a pan, add sesame oil, gently fry the tomatoes, onions and add chilli powder, Salt and pepper.
- Arrange the eggs in a plate and add the tomato, onion mix onto it.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, lettuce etc.

- 1 Onion, chopped
- 6 sprigs of Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
