CAULIFLOWER WITH EGG

5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Blanch the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes; drain and leave to cool completely.
  • Place in a bowl, add the eggs and dressing and toss thoroughly.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the chives.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small cauliflowers, broken into florets 
  • Salt
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 
  • 300 ml Roquefort dressing 
  • 2 tablespoon snipped chives
