SALADE DE FLAGEOLETS

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
2 hours 10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Drain the beans, place in a pan and cover with cold water.
  • Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours, until tender, adding a little salt towards the end of cooking.
  • Drain thoroughly and place in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and mix well while still warm. Leave to cool.
  • Add the salami and spring onions to the beans.
  • Toss well to serve. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams flageolet beans, soaked overnight 
  • Salt
  • 10 tablespoons garlic dressing 
  • 100 grams salami, cut into 1inch squares 
  • 8 spring onions, sliced
