Preparation Method :
- Place the haricot beans in a large pan of water.
- Bring to the boil rapidly for 10 - 12 minutes or until soft.
- Rinse and drain the canned beans. Mix the chopped onion with the tarragon, garlic and oil.
- Blend in the vinegar and mix with the beans. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
