Preparation Method :
- Separate the sago for any lumps and sprinkle water to loosen the sago and, if required, break the crumbs.
- In a bowl, add peanuts, coconut, cumin seeds, sugar, rock salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a separate pan; stir-fry the potatoes till they become tender.
- Add the peanut mixture and cook for a few minutes. Add green chillies and continue to stir-fry for a while.
- Mix in the sago and cook covered for 5 minutes over very low heat with intermittent stirring. Remove from heat the moment the sago turns soft and transparent.
- Add green coriander and mix well.
- Serve hot.

- 280 grams Peanuts, roasted, crushed
- 2 tablespoon Coconut, fresh, grated
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- Black rock salt to taste
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 2 Potatoes, finely chopped
- 5 Green chillies, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon Green coriander, chopped
