RICE FLAVOURED WITH WHOLE SPICES

Preparation Method :
- Wash and soak the rice for 2 hours. Drain the water and keep aside.
 - Heat the ghee in a pan; saute cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and black peppercorns for a few seconds.
 - Add the rice and saute for 1 minute. Add water and salt.
 - Cook until the rice is done and the water gets absorbed. Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Rice, Basmati
 - 50 grams Ghee
 - 2 Cloves
 - 1 Cinnamon, 1" stic
 - 1 Bay leaf
 - 5 Black peppercorns
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
