RICE COOKED WITH DRY FRUITS

Preparation Method :
- Clean, wash and soak the rice in water for 2 hours. Drain the water; spread out the rice and leave to dry.
- Heat the ghee in a pan; add cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and soft cottage cheese.
- Cook till the cottage cheese is slightly golden brown in colour.
- Add the rice, saffron-milk mixture, salt, and water. Cover and cook on medium heat, till the rice is done and the water gets absorbed. Serve hot.

- 300 grams Rice, Basmati
- 200 grams Ghee
- 2 teaspoon Garam masala
- ½ teaspoon Saffron
- 125 ml Warm milk
- 4 ½ tablespoon Cashew nuts, broken, fried
- 45 grams Walnuts, fried
- 60 grams Almonds, fried
- 45 grams Groundnuts, fried
- 60 grams Pistachios, fried
- 45 grams Raisins, fried
- 1 tablespoon Rose water
- 60 grams Onions, fried
