MOREL MUSHROOMS WITH RICE

                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai; add cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom, black cumin seeds, and onions.
 - Saute till the onions turn light brown. Add the rice and salt. Fry for 3 minutes.
 - Add the mushrooms and water. When the rice mixture comes to the boil, reduce heat and cook covered till the rice is done and the water is absorbed.
 - Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Rice, cleaned, drained
 - 50 grams Morel mushrooms, soaked in warm water for ½ hour, drained
 - 200 grams Ghee
 - 2 Cinnamon, 1" sticks
 - 6 Cloves
 - 3 Green cardamoms
 - 1 teaspoon Black cumin seeds
 - 60 grams Onions, chopped
 - Salt to taste
