KIMCHI FRIED RICE

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the egg yolks by using sesame oil and keep aside.
  • Now, heat the pan and add Sesame Oil, chopped garlic and shallot.
  • Fry it for 2-3 minutes till the Garlic starts changing colour.
  • Now, add Chopped kimchi and kimchi juice. Mix well.
  • Then add chopped scallion, crushed black pepper, Soy sauce and Salt. Mix it well.
  • Finally add rice and the fried egg yolks.
  • Toss it well and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 10 ml Cooking oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Garlic (Chopped)
  • 80 grams Scallion (Chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoon Shallot (Chopped)
  • 120 grams Kimchi (Chopped)
  • 15 ml Kimchi Juice
  • 160 grams Rice (Boiled)
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 15 ml Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoon Black pepper(crushed)
  • Salt to Taste
