Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a deep pan; add cumin seeds and cloves; saute for a few seconds.
 - Mix red chilli powder in a few spoons of water and add to the pan. Stir, and then quickly add the cooked rice.
 - Mix well and cook over low heat. Mix in salt and ginger powder. When the rice is heated through, transfer to a serving dish.
 - Fry the eggs and then garnish the rice with them.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 600 grams cooked rice
 - 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
 - ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 3 Cloves
 - ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - Salt to taste
 - ½ teaspoon Ginger powder
 - 4 Eggs
