KASHMIRI FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a deep pan; add cumin seeds and cloves; saute for a few seconds.
  • Mix red chilli powder in a few spoons of water and add to the pan. Stir, and then quickly add the cooked rice.
  • Mix well and cook over low heat. Mix in salt and ginger powder. When the rice is heated through, transfer to a serving dish.
  • Fry the eggs and then garnish the rice with them.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 grams cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 3 Cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 4 Eggs
