Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a pressure pan; add black cardamom and cloves; saute for a while.
 - Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Close the pan and cook till 2 whistles. Remove the pan from the heat.
 - After 2-3 minutes release the pressure; mix gently and serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams Rice, soaked for 1 hour, drained
 - 2 ½ tablespoon Split green gram, soaked for 1 hour, drained
 - 2 tablespoon Ghee
 - 2 Black cardamoms
 - 4 Cloves
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 3 teaspoon Sugar
 - 10-12 Raisins
