EGG PEAS FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the eggs with salt and sesame oil in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the rice and the peas. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add soya sauce, salt and saute.
  • Drizzle the egg mixture over the rice and again stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the black pepper and spring onions and toss the whole rice.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 400 grams cooked cold long grain rice
  • 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped spring onions
  • 100 grams boiled peas
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
