Preparation Method :
- Beat the eggs with salt and sesame oil in a bowl and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the rice and the peas. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, salt and saute.
- Drizzle the egg mixture over the rice and again stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the black pepper and spring onions and toss the whole rice.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 400 grams cooked cold long grain rice
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped spring onions
- 100 grams boiled peas
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- Salt to taste
