SOFT COTTAGE CHEESE PILAF

Preparation Method :
- Clean, wash and soak the rice in water for 2 hours. Drain the water; spread out the rice and leave to dry.
 - Heat the ghee in a pan; add cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and soft cottage cheese.
 - Cook till the cottage cheese is slightly golden brown in colour.
 - Add the rice, saffron-milk mixture, salt, and water. Cover and cook on medium heat, till the rice is done and the water gets absorbed. Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Rice, Basmati
 - 50 grams Soft cottage cheese
 - 2 tablespoon Ghee
 - 2 Cloves
 - 2 Green cardamoms
 - 1 Cinnamon, 1" stick
 - 1 Bay leaf
 - A pinch Saffron (kesar), soaked in 2 teaspoon milk
 - Salt to taste
