Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick saucepan. Add the onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until soft and light golden.
- Add the spices and cook for about half a minute.
- Add the cooked vegetables and heat through for 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Add the cooked rice and gently stir-fry for a minute or two. Stir in the lemon juice and fluff up the rice, serve hot.

- 300 grams cooked rice
- 250 grams cooked vegetables
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- ½ small onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 each of green cardamom pod and bay leaf
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1-2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
