Preparation Method :
- Place the turkey breasts on the grid of a grill pan and spoon over a little lemon juice.
- Put under a hot grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. If necessary, spoon over more lemon juice.
- Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the milk. When blended, return to the heat, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add the grated cheese and salt and pepper and stir until the cheese has melted.
- Cut the cooked turkey breasts into small portions and place on a heated serving dish. Pour the sauce over.
- serve with a salad.

- 2 tablespoons plain unbleached white flour
- 500 ml skimmed milk
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
