- Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes until just cooked but still firm.
- Drain and return to the saucepan.
- Add the turkey, drained artichoke hearts and herbs to the pan and place over a gentle heat, stirring, until thoroughly heated through.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary, then transfer to a heated serving dish.
- Serve immediately.
