The steamed Roast of Turkey with cabbage is considered as one of the best dishes you can ever have in your lunch and dinner. This dish is made of healthy ingredients like cabbage, fillet of turkey, pepper, salt and butter.

Preparation Method :
- Clean and wash the cabbage. Blanche it in your pressure cooker uncovered for approximately 3 minutes. Cool and drain. Set aside the 8 nicest leaves.
- Slice the rest of the cabbage into slivers and turn in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cool. Open the fillet of turkey, season and stuff it with the sliced cabbage.
- Wrap the fillet in the cabbage leaves and bind to keep it in the form of a loaf. Pour 1 litre water in your pressure cooker, season with salt and pepper. Put the fillet of turkey in the basket placed in the high position.
- Close and cook for 22 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. Unbind it, slice it and serve on a warm platter.
- Serve with semi-sweet butter.

- 850 grams 1 fillet of turkey
- 100 grams butter
