GINGERED TURKEY

Preparation Method :

  • Place the apricots in a bowl. Just cover with water and add the ground ginger. Leave the apricots to stand overnight.
  • Place the turkey fillets on the grid of a grill pan and spoon over a little of the apricot soaking liquid.
  • Put under a hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning once. If necessary, spoon over more apricot liquid.
  • Meanwhile, simmer the apricots in the rest of the soaking liquid for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour the cooked apricots into a blender and liquidize them until smooth.
  • Place the cooked turkey fillets on a heated serving dish and pour the apricot sauce over.
  • Serve with green beans.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams dried apricots
  • 4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 200 grams turkey fillets
