Preparation Method :
- Gently try the onion in the oil for 5 minutes. Stir m the curry powder and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the turkey pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chicken stock and lime juice and simmer for about 30 minutes until the turkey is tender. Skim off any fat.
- If necessary, thicken with the corn flour mixed with a little of the liquid.
- Serve with plain boiled rice as an accompaniment.

- 200 grams onions, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 750 grams turkey pieces
- 750 ml chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons corn flou
