- Heat a wok, Put the duck into the wok to warm it through and then add all the remaining ingredients, stir and turn them thoroughly for about 3 - 5 minutes.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves and mint on one side of a serving dish and place the warm duck salad beside them.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams ready-cooked roast duck, skinned
- 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- ½ red onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup coriander leaves, stalks and roots, finely chopped
- ½ tomato, cut into quarters
- 4 - 6 small green chillies, thinly sliced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- Mint and Lettuce leaves, to serve
