STIR FRIED HONEY DUCK

                    Preparation Method :
- Cut mock duck into even-sized 2 - 3 cm pieces.
 - Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and shallots and stir fry 1 minute.
 - Add soy sauce, sherry and honey, simmer 2 minutes.
 - Add vegetarian duck pieces and simmer 15 minutes.
 - Thicken with blended corn flour and stock.
 - serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams can vegetarian mock duck
 - 4 teaspoons Cooking oil
 - 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
 - 4 shallots, sliced
 - 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoons dry sherry
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 2 teaspoons corn flour blended
 - 4 teaspoons stock
