Preparation Method :
- Combine coconut cream and green curry paste in large saucepan; bring to boil. Simmer to low flame, cook, uncovered for about 10 - 12 minutes or until mixture is reduced by half.
- Add the duck pieces to saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in coconut milk with water and lime leaves; bring to boil. Simmer to low flame, cook, uncovered, for about 30 - 35 minutes or until duck is tender.
- Stir in sugar, basil and chilies; cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with flaked coconut.

- 2.5 kgs duck, cut into 9 pieces
- 450 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- 9 dried lime leaves
- 500 grams can coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons green masala paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 small fresh green chillies, seeded
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- Salt, to taste
- 4 small fresh red chillies, seeded
